01 / WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

From the circuit
to the enclosure.

A new electronic device or a missing part? We find a practical way to bring your idea to life.

01

Electronics
design and build

Custom circuit and embedded system design, with prototypes built to the agreed requirements.

  • Schematic capture and PCB design
  • Microcontroller and embedded system development
  • Prototype assembly and functional testing
02

Custom 3D printing
and product modelling

Made-to-measure enclosures, replacement parts and small plastic items. Based on your own design or an idea we develop together.

02 / CUSTOM 3D PRINTING

When the right part
isn’t on the shelf.

Missing a part or looking for an enclosure that fits? Let’s explore how it can be made.

DESIGNED FOR THE TASK
01

Custom device enclosures

For electronic boards and custom devices: the right dimensions, connector cut-outs, mounting points and lid.

02

Replacement plastic parts for classic vehicles

Modelling and custom 3D-printed replacements for damaged, worn or discontinued plastic parts. Small mechanical components, gears, fasteners, brackets, covers and trim pieces — including plastic parts for window regulator mechanisms.

Using engineering plastics suited to the application, including carbon-fibre-reinforced materials where appropriate. Feasibility, material and design are discussed in light of the part’s function, loads and operating environment.

03

Custom items and prototypes

Boxes, organisers, small holders and the first physical versions of your ideas, made to your dimensions.

3D printing for engineering applications

Our enclosed printer with an actively heated chamber can produce custom parts from engineering plastics, including carbon-fibre-reinforced materials where appropriate.

We offer modelling and printing of enclosures, fasteners, brackets and replacement plastic parts for classic vehicles. We agree on the material and design based on the intended use, loads and temperature requirements.

No finished design yet? We can start here.

Send a sketch, dimensions or photos of the existing part. Photos of a broken piece from several angles, with a ruler beside it, can help us assess the task.

03 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Understand first.
Then make it work.

We agree on the scope, feasibility, price and timeline before work begins.

01

Tell us about your idea

Describe what you need. You can include a design, drawing, photos or dimensions.

02

We discuss and quote

We clarify the details, explore the options and provide a price and timeline.

03

We design and build

Design and build follow the agreed scope, with testing and adjustments where needed.

04 / CONTACT AND QUOTES

What’s your next
idea?

Tell us about your project. Whether it’s a circuit, a custom enclosure or a missing classic car part, this is where the conversation starts.

or drag them here

STL, STEP, 3MF, FreeCAD, DXF, PDF, ZIP, JPG, PNG, WebP

Up to 5 files, 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total. You can contact us without a finished design: a dimensioned sketch or photos from several angles are a good starting point.

A quote request does not place an order.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

Which files should I send for 3D printing?

STL or 3MF files work well for printing; STEP or FreeCAD files are useful as editable designs. You can also attach dimensioned PDF or DXF drawings and photos from several angles. Up to 5 files are accepted, with a limit of 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total.

Can you quote from a broken part?

Yes. Send photos of the part, where it fits and its key dimensions. For a classic car, please also include the model and year. Feasibility and material choice depend on how the part will be used.

Can the electronics and enclosure be designed together?

Yes, we can discuss the electronics and custom enclosure together. This allows board dimensions, mounting points and connector positions to be considered from the start.

How much will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the design, dimensions, material, quantity and modelling work required. We clarify these details when you contact us and quote for your specific project.
